Varun Dhawan Losses His Aunt In Chicago To Covid-19 Actor Mourns Her Death, Shares A Loving Photo With Her

The world is reeling under the coronavirus crisis and today Bollywood actor Varun Dhawan lost his aunt in Chicago to the deadly disease. The actor shared a post in remembrance with his maasi and wrote a short prayer.

Earlier during a conversation with a friend Zoa Morani who was had contacted and recovered from the disease had revealed that his aunt to had been affected. He had told Zoa “It’s very close to home right now. Until it happens to someone you know, you don’t take it seriously and understand the gravity of it.”

The actor has been active in spreading awareness about the disease and has also been donating to charities to help the nation in this time of crisis.

Many Bollywood actors posted their condolences in the comment section including Sonam Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha, Manish Malhotra, Malaika Arora, Mouni Roy and others.

Mumbai is the worst affected city in India and recently news reports revealed that three domestic helps in filmmaker Boney Kapoor’s home had also been found positive for covid-19. So in Bollywood filmmaker Karim Morani and Kankia Kapoor have contacted the disease and have already recovered.

Recently Roadies judge Raghu Ram also mourned the loss of a friend who he had lost to covid-19.
