Varun Dhawan Sacks Driver After Misbehaviour Complaint From Female Crew, Shooting Halts

Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan are currently busy shooting for Coolie No 1 remake. David Dhawan is producing and directing the film. Just like another shoot day, everything was working fine even on the day when this incident happened.

According to a Spotboye report, Varun Dhawan and David Dhawan were in for a shock when they received a complaint from a female crew member of the film about the misbehavior with her on the sets by their trusted driver Manoj. The report states, Manoj was working with the Dhawan family for a long time and the father-son dup couldn’t believe their ears when they heard about the incident.

Varun was furious on hearing about his driver's misbehaviour and soon the matters turned worse and the shoot was stalled. Upon hearing the girl's complaint, both Varun and David lost their cool and decided to intervene and first resolve the issue before shooting any further.

This happened a week ago while Varun, his dad and the entire crew were shooting in the ND Studios of Karjat. While the take was on, the girl walked up to Varun and complained about his driver’s misbehaviour with her. Varun was flabbergasted because he trusted Manoj and didn’t quite know how to react but he did assure the girl that strict action would be taken and soon he sacked Manoj and asked him to immediately leave.

So, as of now, the father-son duo has suspended Manoj from all his duties and have also prohibited him from entering the sets of Coolie No 1. Manoj has currently been sent to his hometown. Varun will further probe into the matter and will decide whether Manoj is fit enough to join him back as his driver or not.

Only time will the Dhawan’s decide as far as their driver is concerned!
