Varun Dhawan To Now Provide Meals To the Poor ‘Without Jobs And Homes’ And Doctors And Medical Staff; Read Statement

Varun Dhawan has always proved to be an actor par excellence. The young actor has had just one flop in his career and has been striving to experiment with various genres. But now, he has also proved to be an amazing human being with his gesture for the poor and for the doctors and medical staff who are working tirelessly during these tough times and braving the corona pandemic.

Varun took to social media to announce that he is committing to provide meals to the poor who are without jobs and home due to the lockdown. He would also provide meals to all the doctors and medical staff at the hospitals who have been putting their extra effort in this hour of need. He posted a statement that read, “With each passing day of being lockdown at home, my heart goes out to all those who have no home in this time of crisis. And so this week I have committed to provide meals for the poor who are without homes or jobs. I also have deep admiration for all those who are risking their lives by working on the frontlines. I've committed to provide meals to doctors and medical staff at hospitals. All meals are provided through the Taj Public Service Welfare Trust. It's a small step. But during a crisis like this, we have to make every step count. I will continue to do what best I can.”
