Vikram Vedha Remake: Saif Ali Khan Charges Rs. 12 Crores For The Film Alongside Hrithik Roshan?

The news of Vikram Vedha remake has been doing the rounds for quite some time now. The remake of the 2017 Tamil film starring R.Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi will have Hrithik Roshan and Saif Ali Khan playing the titular characters. And now, we have more update on it.

If a report in Bollywood Hungama is to be believed, then Saif Ali Khan is charging a good Rs. 12 crores for this one. An inside source told the portal, “As Vikram Vedha is set to go on the floors this summer, we hear, all the paperwork was done recently. While the pay structure of Hrithik is kept under wraps, Saif Ali Khan has charged an upfront fee of Rs. 12 crores to come on board the film.”

The informer further went on to add, “Be it a two hero film or a solo project, Saif at present is charging anywhere in the range of Rs. 12 crores, depending on the scale and reach of the story. He has decided to sign on for prestigious projects that push his value in the market, and a look at his line up suggests that it’s a step taken in the right direction.”

Saif Ali Khan has quite a few films up his sleeve, the biggest being Adipurush where he would play the antagonist Lankesh. He will also be seen in Bhoot Police and in Bunty Aur Bubli 2.
