Yash & Sanjay Dutt Starrer K.G.F Chapter 2 Gets A July Release Date After A Covid Induced Delay

The long-awaited K.G.F Chapter 2 has finally been given a release date. The makers of the Kannada blockbuster put the fans out of their misery and have now settled for a July release for the film. The news is no doubt a big cause of celebration among those who loved the Yash starrer film back in 2018. The film, like many others, had to postpone 2020 arrival to 2021.

Along with a new poster of the film, the makers announced on Friday evening that K.G.F Chapter 2 will arrive in theatres on July 16, 2021. The sequel of the 2018 blockbuster film is mounted on a much bigger scale than its original and has a few new exciting additions to the project.

Sanjay Dutt who joins the project in the second part will be seen as the antagonist and his already released look from the film has been a big rage. This will be Sanjay Dutt’s first film to get a theatrical release post his cancer diagnosis and recovery.

The K.G.F sequel also stars actress Raveena Tandon who will be essaying the role of a politician. Her fierce first look from the movie only added to the curiosity among fans as to what awaits them in this swanky second chapter.

The teaser of the film was released by the makers earlier in January on K.G.F star Yash’s birthday.
