Now, author Tasleema Nasreen has called out the actress and called her decision to quit acting ‘moronic’ in a tweet. She took to Twitter and wrote, ‘Oh My Goosebumps! Bollywood’s talented actress Zaria Wasim now wants to quit acting because she thinks her acting career almost destroyed her faith in Allah. What a moronic decision! So many talents in Muslim community are forced to go under the darkness of the burqa.’

The young National Award winning actress has only appeared in two films so far, Dangal and Secret Superstar and her third film The Sky Is Pink is currently underway. Her upcoming project also stars Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar in key roles.
