Deepika And Ranveer Got Married For The First Time Today 5 Years Back!

Well, do not be too surprised to read the headline. Actually, Deepika and Ranveer did get married this day for the first time. While on 14th and 15th of November, 2018, they got married in real life with not one but two elaborate ceremonies, they have gotten hitched on screen for the first time on 15th November 2013. Because this was the day when Goliyon Ki Raasleela- Ram Leela released on theatres and we got to see Deepika and Ranveer together for the first time!

It was with Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Ram Leela that Bollywood saw the electric chemistry between Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh. In fact, it had been during the shoot of this film that the two fell in love.

According to people present on sets, the crackling chemistry on-screen was proof enough that something was brewing the two! But after a sequence that required the two to kiss, those present on set said that the kiss continued long after the director had said cut. There was silence on the sets and post this incident, they became more public about their affection. They could always be spotted together and would spend the rest of the time in their vanity vans. They even called each other 'baby' on sets.

While Deepika had been more careful in front of the media and in public, Ranveer Singh would always show his love outright in front of one and all. But after 2017, even Deepika would engage in PDAs and they finally revealed that they are all set to get married only on 21st October, 2018, not even a month before their wedding!
