5 TV Serials That Went Off Air In 2018 And Left Us Heartbroken!
TV serials might look like just another regular thing that we can do without and is disposable. That is true for those who do not follow a serial regularly, but for those who do, serials become an emotion. The regular viewers of TV shows attach their emotions to the characters present in them and they laugh and cry along with these characters through their journey in the show.
Therefore, when a show comes to an, it becomes an end of the emotion for the TV viewing audiences. It is painful to some extent, especially when not matched with an equally good replacement.
This year, a number of long-running TV shows went off air like C.I.D and Sasural Simar Ka. While some made us happy, some left us heart-broken. Here is a list of 5 TV shows that we did not want to go off air this year and that left us sad and heartbroken.

The show that had been running since 1988 finally went off air this November and we could not have been more heartbroken. But thankfully, we can still watch the reruns of the show and relive our "Daya Pata Karo" moments.

The show, for starters, had Jennifer Winget. The show had promised to have a novel plot, but turned out to be dragging. Despite a number of twists and turns, it became monotonous. But with that stellar cast, we just hope that the storyline was better and the show never ended!
3. Naamkaran
This Mahesh Bhatt show had reached new heights of popularity. Despite many fans pleading to the makers to not end it, the show finally came to an end.
4. Badho Baahu
This TV show broke conventions and we loved Rythasa Rathode and Prince in the show. Despite a good run for a few years, the show went off air this year!
5. Khichdi
This show embodied nostalgia for so many of us. Unfortunately, this reboot could never reach the height of success that the original went to. Even then, it was a medium for many of us to relive the nostalgia and we wish it did not go off air!
