After Accusing Devoleena Of Cyber Crime, Mayur Verma Files A Case Against Her Fans For Giving Him Death Threats

While reality shows Bigg Boss 13 and Mujhse Shaadi Karoge came to an end before the lockdown began, the controversies are going to take a while to leave the limelight. Ever since Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill shared the screen in the hit music video Bhula Dunga, Mayur Verma and Devoleena Bhattacharjee have been in a social media war of words. Giving their battle a new turn, Mayur recently filed a cyber crime complaint against the Saath Nibhaana Saathiya actress accusing her of defaming him.

Well, things got worse and Devoleena refused to recognize him. In her interviews she stated that she doesn’t know any Mayur Verma and does not understand why he is using her name. The actress went on to call this nothing but a publicity stunt. Eventually their fans got involved and things reportedly got out of hand. As a result, Mayur has now filed another case and this time it is against Devoleena’s fans for allegedly giving him death threats. He took to his social media handle to share a copy of the complaint.

The entire controversy began after Devoleena shared her opinion on Bhula Dunga and stated that she didn’t see any chemistry between Sidharth and Shehnaaz. She had also shared that she felt her BFF Rashami Desai should have been a part of this project. Slamming her for the comments, Shehnaaz’s friend Mayur had stated that Devoleena’s eyesight is weak.
