Barrister Babu: Aura Bhatnagar’s Mother Reveals She Will Let Her Resume Shoot; Reacts To Reports About Leap

Barrister Babu was considered to be one of the most loved shows on television before the nationwide coronavirus lockdown was initiated. Featuring Aura Bhatnagar, Pravisht Mishra and Pranali Rathod, the social drama won hearts with powerful performances and the unique story-line. Recently it was reported that post the lockdown the show will see a leap because child artist Aura, who plays the role of 8 year old Bondita, would not be allowed to come to the set for her own safety. Buzz also suggested that Bigg Boss 13’s Devoleena Bhattacharjee has been approached to replace Aura.

However, in a recent chat with Spotboye, Aura’s mother Deepti Bhatnagar revealed that she has not received any such information from the makers officially. She went on to add that their family would not have a problem with Aura shooting if proper safety measures are taken. She shared, “If production people will take proper precautions we won't mind Aura shooting for the show. We are anyway taking a lot of precautions on personal level, like drinking haldi wala doodh, Vitamin C tablets. Agar shoot hota hai to definitely one of us will be there with her all the time and see nothing goes wrong. But let's see what is the final decision.”

Barrister Babu is a story of a child bride named Bondita Das who is married to Barrister Anirudh Roy Choudhary. Anirudh has returned from London and wants to remove the shackles of casteism from the country. The show follows their lives as Anirudh fights society and helps Bondita become a barrister like him.
