Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Nehha Pendse Opens Up On Shooting Amid Pandemic; Says ‘The Fear Is Less Now’

The gorgeous Nehha Pendse has won the audiences’ hearts in the past with her performance in May I Come in Madam and her stint in Bigg Boss. Well, the actress is now all set to shine on our television screens once again! After the very popular Saumya Tandon decided to quit the super hit show Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, makers approached Nehha, who will now be seen as Anita Vibhuti Narayan Mishra aka Gori Mem in the sitcom.

In a chat with ETimes, Nehha shared, “Yes I am doing 'Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hain', but the fear is less now. Till September, there was a fear of the unknown. We didn't know how to handle it, unlike now. Even Shardul had said I should take up something only if the opportunity was worth giving my life for. Today, India is doing well in terms of numbers and the herd immunity is increasing. Iske aage if I fear and sit at home, I would be a coward.”

Nehha went on to add that the vaccines are also around the corner and she also visited the sets of Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain to check out the sanitization and hygiene. She shared, “The producers, Benaifer and Sanjay Kohli are very responsible people. I have worked with them before and have a very god bonding with them from the time I did 'May I Come In Madam?' for them. It is now a great opportunity to be a part of a show that people look forward to seeing.”
