Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain: Nehha Talks About Replacing Saumya; Says ‘Audience Will Witness Few Differences In Anita’

It was recently confirmed that Nehha Pendse has given her final nod to portray the role of Anita Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain. The character was earlier played beautifully by Saumya Tandon, who quit the show last year. Well, Saumya feels Nehha is a good choice for the character and has ever referred to the latter as talented and professional in a recent interview. While fans were heartbroken when Saumya bid adieu to the iconic character, audiences are pretty excited to see Nehha as the new Anita Bhabi.

Not just fans but even Nehha is quite excited. In a chat with Pinkvilla, the actress revealed that when she was approached to play the role of Anita in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hain, she was more than ecstatic. She shared, “Anita is loved by all and adored for her sophistication, poise and her equation with Tiwari and Vibhuti. I am excited to be a part of a cult show like this which has been running for six years. It has always been a wonderful experience working with Binaiferr Kohli and I am eagerly looking forward to meeting the cast.”

Talking about her preparation, Nehha stated, “I did try to imbibe the mannerisms and nuances of Anita to build my own. The audience will get to witness a few differences in Anita but I am sure they will love it.” She went on to add that it is a huge responsibility there are some big shoes to fill. But the transition has been smooth and Nehha is sure the audience will love the nuances that she brings in the character. Well, fingers crossed!
