Bigg Boss 13: Devoleena Bhattacharjee's Mother Apologises To Siddharth Shukla For Her Daughter Calling Him A 'Psycho'

After a successful stint as a TV actress, Deevolena is strongly meaking her presence felt in the Bigg Boss 13 house. The actress has been one of the best players in the house as far as the game is concerned and while her eye might be on the Bigg Boss 13 trophy, her mother Anima has other expectations from her stay in the show. Devoleena’s mother expects that she finds love in the house and said that she has even expressed the same wish to her daughter and Bigg Boss too.

Deevoleena might not be the first celebrity to find love in the house but so far the actress has expressed no desire to date any of the guys in the house. Speaking to TOI her mother said, “Devoleena didn’t go inside the house to find love. But I wanted that. I also told Bigg Boss to see if she finds love in the house. I told her that if she likes someone, she can go ahead. I am ready to accept if the guy is good. I gave her the permission also.”

Bigg Boss 13 is a potboiler for fights and ego hassles and Devoleena is no stranger to the fact. The actress once ended up calling Siddharth Shukla ‘psycho’ on the show, which to be fair is on the lower end of the abuses hurled in the house. Her mother, however, doesn’t approve of her daughter using such language and even apologized to Siddharth on her behalf. She said, “Devoleena was wrong to call Sidharth a ‘psycho’. We shouldn’t use such words on TV. It wasn’t right of her. I am sorry on her behalf.”

Wonder what Deevolena might feel about her mother’s views on her game, especially the apology? Guess we'll have to wait to find out.
