Bigg Boss 13: Gauahar Khan Schools Shefali Jariwala For Slamming Deevolena On Her Dressing Sense And Bahu Bani Babe Comment

The yelling fest that Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss 13 has become has left many fans and celebs outside the house quite disturbed. If shouting at their own accord wasn’t enough, celebrity guests Sidharth Malhotra and Riteish Deshmukh who joined Salman on the latest Weekend Ka Vaar to promote their film Marjaavaan gave the contestants another opportunity to confront their rivals, only this time with loudspeakers!

During the task, Devoleena Bhattacharjee decided to take on Shefali Jariwala and dissed her for being a biased captain. It started one more tussle in the house where Shefali countered saying she is not biased and later was seen talking about Devoleena in the kitchen and saying that wearing short clothes doesn’t make a bahu into a babe. Deevoleena who was also present there simply countered saying that there are some people trying too hard to be a babe.

Now, the issue has spilled outside the house where Shefali’s comments on Devoleena’s dressing sense didn’t go down too well with former Bigg Boss contestant Gauahar Khan who called out this behavior in a series of tweets.

Gauahar wrote, ‘Bahu, a term that’s being used unfortunately by a real life bahu herself,as a derogatory term as compared to being a babe !!I wanna ask,how’s being a babe in any way better, cooler more respectable than being a bahu ??? Both the terms r cool ! Why should one look down upon either?’.

The actress who has been a Bigg Boss winner backed Devoleena and continued, ‘I think devoleena is looking v cool from day 1 ! She has every right to dress up the way she desires, whether she played a bahu or not !! I wish women could actually support each other, n not bring each other down at every given opportunity! #Shefali’.

Well, we have to agree with Gauhar Khan on this one and say that contestants certainly have to draw a line when it comes to making personal comments like these and it is not entertaining at all to see such meaningless show downs.
