Bigg Boss 13: Himanshi Khurana’s BFF Nidhi Talks About Her Love Life, Reveals That She Isn’t Engaged!

Ever since Asim had revealed that he has feelings for Himanshi Khurana, the situation inside Bigg Boss took a completely different turn. People had been rooting for a new couple, but alas, Himanshi has said that she can’t reciprocate Asim’s feelings, even though she has acknowledged it. She also revealed that she is engaged and in a relationship for the past 9 years. She disclosed the name of her boyfriend/fiancé to be ‘Chow’.

Now, Himanshi’s best friend, Nidhi has decided to speak on Himanshi’s love-life. Talking about ‘Chow’, she clarified that it is Himanshi’s decision to not reveal his name and that they are not engaged yet but are in a committed relationship. Talking to TOI, she said, “I don't know about her reason. I think it is her personal choice and I would like to respect it. All I know is she talks about him a lot. Let me also clarify that a lot of people are discussing that Himanshi is officially engaged which is not the case. She is not engaged she is in a very committed relationship. The ring which she is wearing is gifted to her by her boyfriend. He had proposed to her with that ring. I think she is so attached to her boyfriend because it is a 9-year-old relationship that she must have used the word engaged.”

Talking about the growing closeness between Himanshi and Asim, Nishi said, “During real-life also we often see friends hugging and kissing on the cheeks it's common, I don't know why people are creating a fuss. We always have close friends and sometime we have better bonding with our friends than boyfriends or girlfriends, it doesn't mean we are faking. Why can't a celebrity share that kind of friendship? why is it being taken otherwise. I don't understand why people are calling it fake or seeing it as a love affair. Few people are dual faced. When it comes to their personal life, they become a saint, their mentality becomes pure but they don't take a minute to judge others. I find Himanshi and Asim very cute together and can see pure friendship between the two. It is heart-touching to see them to be so caring towards each other. Especially, the way Asim made Himanshi's birthday so special. I know Himanshi very well and I know she is very committed towards her relationship.”

Nidhi also spoke about the rumour of Himanshi’s past relationship with Amy Virk. She called it a misunderstanding and revealed that the reason might be the fact that both Amy and Himanshi’s boyfriend share the same surname. She said, “"I will tell you the reasons behind this confusion. There are actually two reasons. Firstly, Himanshi's boyfriend and Singer Ammy Virk share the same surname which has led to all this confusion. Secondly, they had shot for a magazine and in that time there were not too many magazine shoots were not that famous in Punjab, so people though the picture was from their engagement ceremony, but it was actually from a shoot. They have also worked in few songs and have given three hit songs together. They share a professional relationship. Also, since she always addresses her boyfriend by using his nickname, people have mistaken it to be him.”
