Bigg Boss 13: Rashami’s Mom Opens Up On Her Daughter’s Break Up With Arhaan; Calls Her ‘Jhansi Ki Rani’

Rashami Desai and Arhaan Khan’s relationship is undoubtedly one of the most controversial highlights of Bigg Boss season 13. The two entered the house separately as friends but later realized their love for each other and Arhaan proposed to the actress. However, when host Salman Khan revealed that Arhaan is already married and has a child, Rashami was shattered because she had no idea. They decided to discuss all this after the show but when Arhaan went and told ex-contestant Himanshi that Rashami knew about his wife and child, the actress decided to break all ties with him.

It was extremely tough for Rashami to cope in the house after her personal life was discussed openly on national television. However, she managed to focus on her game and now is one of the top contestants in the show. Recently, her mother Rasila Desai opened up about her journey in a chat with Pinkvilla and also talked about her decision of breaking up with Arhaan. She shared, “I lost my sleep over whatever was happening inside the house. I couldn't support her and be with her inside when she was going through a tough time personally. So much of her personal life was out there. I was stressed how will she cope up? But then I saw her taking stand and felt so proud that she handled herself very well.”

She went on to add, “People will speak whatever they want. First when her personal life was discussed inside I felt a little bad but then the end result of it has made me satisfied. I am very happy that she clarified everything in the show itself. I felt proud because whatever dreams she saw got shattered inside but she bounced back. That's why I call her Jhansi Ki Rani.”

Rashami’s mother also stated that no one could have handled the situation as well as her daughter did and is glad that the actress clarified everything inside the house itself.
