Bigg Boss 14 Day 39 Highlights: Farah Ki Adalat Nominates Shardul; Jasmin Is Asked To Choose Between Aly And Rubina

Farah Khan’s court session continued on day 39 and six more contestants were called to the stand for questioning. The episode started with Abhinav Shukla’s case. When asked if he sees himself as a fit or a misfit for the show, the actor called himself a misfit. However, he stated that he has accepted this challenge willfully. Next came Nikki and Farah revealed that she’s the only contestant who speaks on the face and does not believe in talking behind backs. When the South star is called selfish, she happily accepts and states, “Yes, mujhe apna dekhna hai.” The panelists suggest her to cut off from BFF Jaan for a bit, who is called to the stand next.

When the singer is asked if he is a mastermind or a true friend, Jaan says he takes the word mastermind as a compliment as he generally gets caught while planning and plotting. Farah reveals that he plots against Nikki behind her back and says that he’s so scared of evictions that he is ready to throw everybody into the well, like he did with Nishant. Up next, Rahul Vaidya is asked to control his harsh words and is asked to speak only 2 things when he feels like saying 4. Rahul says he doesn't expect friendship from anyone, and he's not worried about enmity. However, he adds, “Mera Pavitra ke saath bohot pavitra rishta ban raha hai.” During the questioning, Jasmin keeps mumbling and Farah picks up the woman card to stop her.

Wild card contestants Shardul Pandit and Kavita Kaushik are next. Farah tells Shardul that he’s a very interesting personality but instead of talking to the cameras and being alone he should entertain and have fun in the show. When asked what his USP is, the actor says that he is unpredictable. During Kavita’s turn, the filmmaker asks her if she liked herself when she went out and saw herself. Kavita says yes, but added that she is not sorry for what she thought of Eijaz and how she reacted. Farah asks her to find a new topic instead of Eijaz. When asked who is a lion and who is a cat (who only does ‘meow meow’), Kavita called Aly a lion and stated that Nikki, Pavitra, Jasmin and Jaan are like cats. In the end, the two journalists who questioned the housemates along with Farah nominated Shardul for evictions.

Farah’s adalat clarified which contestants are friends and also patched things up for many. Well, that’s when Bigg Boss decided to test loyalties with a special nomination task. Remember in previous seasons how contestants had to sacrifice their personal belongings to save their buddies from nominations? History repeated itself last night. Abhinav was the first victim of this task. He went and sat on the scary looking throne and when he put headphones on, Bigg Boss told him he is nominated for the week. But he can be saved if Aly destroys Jasmin’s doll ‘Dollu’. Jasmin bursts into tears but after some contemplation Aly decides to do it as Abhinav and Rubina took care of Jasmin when he wasn’t there. Up next was Jaan. In order to save him, Nikki was asked to destroy her personal blanket. Without even thinking Nikki said yes, got the blanket and cut it with a pair of scissors. While keeping it in the storage room, Nikki revealed that it’s her mother’s blanket. Such a sweet gesture! How is she selfish?

After Jaan comes Rubina’s turn. While most fans thought her husband Abhinav would have to sacrifice something, the orders turned out to be for Jasmin. Using her captaincy powers, she would have to nominate Aly for evictions. Jasmin told Rubina that she loves her, but Aly has come to the show only for her sake even when he didn’t want to, so she won’t be able to nominate him for evictions.In the end, Rubina is nominated. Up next is Kavita and to save herself she has to ask Abhinav to clean Rubina’s doll Tootie Patutie, kneel in front of Nikki and say that he’s wrong she is right and then present the doll to her. Abhinav does so while Rubina kneels beside him. The final contestant in last night’s episode was Aly. He is ordered to ask Rubina to keep her hair styling machine and the brown leather case into the storage room. It won’t be returned and she won’t get another one. When she says yes, Aly tells her to think again because it’s important to her. However, Rubina says that he is important to Jasmin whereas the machine is materialistic. She adds that she isn’t doing this for him, she’s doing it for Jasmin. This leaves Aly a little surprised.

In tonight’s episode Eijaz, Pavitra, Nikki and Rahul will be sitting in the throne as nominated contestants. However, the most interesting will be Rahul’s proposal to girlfriend Disha Parmar!
