Bigg Boss 14 Day 51 Highlights: Pavitra Reveals She Was Engaged In 2015; Kavita Saves Eijaz, Nominates Aly

A day after Jaan Kumar Sanu’s eviction from Bigg Boss 14, contestants sat together in different groups, discussing what their game plan is for the next few weeks. While Eijaz Khan spoke to Aly Goni about Jasmin Bhasin, Abhinav Shukla, Rubina Dilaik and Jasmin spoke about their priorities. Meanwhile, Nikki Tamboli and Pavitra Punia decide to keep their friendship outside and play their game, but also be loyal to one another. Later, Pavitra is seen telling Kavita Kaushik that she was engaged to her boyfriend in 2015, but after three years in 2018 they broke the engagement. Pavitra shares that he met him before she entered the house and she misses him every day. Kavita asks her not to get distracted by Eijaz then.

Well, making alliances and planning, plotting was necessary as last night housemates had to face nominations yet again. But before the task began, Rubina was called into the confession room by Bigg Boss. For the uninitiated, the actress won television’s queen Ekta Kapoor’s three challenges on Weekend Ka Vaar episode and as a prize received an immunity stone. Rubina can use this to save herself from any one nomination task, whenever she wants. When Bigg Boss asks her if she would like to use it this week, Rubina says no and adds that she’d like to use the immunity stone when the level of the competition is higher.

Then began the nomination task in which each contestant got a parrot with another housemate’s face. Bigg Boss stated that currently all the housemates are soaring towards the finale like free birds, but some of the competitors need to be caged aka nominated. Out of the 9 contestants, 6 would have to enter the theatre room to participate in the task. Well, the contestants began striking deals with one another to somehow save themselves. Eijaz even fought with Rahul when he nominated the former as he thought they had a deal. In the end, Nikki saved Aly and Jasmin saved Nikki, while the rest were nominated.

Captain Kavita, who was immune from the nominations, got the chance to save one nominated contestant and nominate a safe contestant for evictions. As she and Nikki have become pretty close since the past few weeks, Kavita decided to nominate Aly and save Eijaz. This turn of events left housemates shocked. Kavita admitted that she wanted to save Abhinav as payback for an earlier task, but Eijaz kept his word during this task so she saved him. While Kavita gave a long speech in the BB theatre, the rest of the housemates made fun of her and ran off before she came back to the living room. All except her friend Nikki and a very emotional Eijaz, who was really scared of being nominated.

The night before nominations, Eijaz, Aly and Rahul decided to channelize their inner notorious child. They first stole Nikki’s coffee, which she had got from the BB Mall, from her bedside table and then ran off to the garden area. There they stole the beverage kept in a fridge which can only be accessed by the captain. They finished a few drinks and then Eijaz filled a can with water from the swimming pool. Rahul took it from him and threw it out of the house. The next night, Abhinav and Aly decided to steal again while captain Kavita sat in the living room with Nikki. Rubina and Jasmin kept an eye out for the captain while their better halves stole from the beverage fridge. The four of them then enjoyed chilled drinks but they will soon regret it. According to the latest promo, Bigg Boss will give Kavita a chance to punish troublemakers and rule breakers. How exciting is that!
