Bigg Boss 14 Day 93 Highlights: Rahul Mahajan Evicted; Rubina, Jasmin, Abhinav, Aly Punished For Discussing Nominations

Last night’s episode of Bigg Boss 14 was super entertaining, very eventful and extremely high on drama. It began with an adorable performance by Bondita and Anirudh of Barrister Babu and Virendra and Purvi of Molkki. After they tested the intelligence of the housemates with their quirky questions, Veer and Bani of Naagin 5 entered the house. They presented the hilarious Sharamnaak Awards and gave the contestants crowns with a pot on top of it. While Jasmin was awarded the tag of ‘Aasoon Ki Tanki’, Aly won the ‘Geedar Bhabhkiyaan’ award. But the lifetime achievement award, along with a gold pot, went straight to the entertainment queen of BB-- Rakhi Sawant!

The final guest to enter the Bigg Boss 14 house for New Years celebration was the antagonist of Namak Issk Ka, season 10 contestant Monalisa. The beauty gave a terrific pole dance performance and won hearts with her killer moves, after which she made the housemates dance on her ‘isharas’. Aly, Arshi, Rubina, Eijaz, Sonali and Rahul Mahajan took to the pole in the garden area to show fans what they got! Sadly, Monalisa later announced that she will be leaving the house with an evicted member. After scaring Abhinav and Arshi, she revealed that Rahul Mahajan is the evicted member this week as he received the least number of votes from the audience. After a teary goodbye, Rahul left the BB14 house.

Later in the garden area when everybody else had gone to bed, Abhinav talked to Rubina about how her behavior is not looking good. He told her that she should get used to the comments and remarks coming her way if she plans to stay till the end and also went on to add, “Constantly picking on someone will not lead you anywhere.” Rubina will try to make him understand that she has already been scolded by Salman Khan, but Abhinav will continue to share his feelings. He will also call her revolution against the house for disrupting her sleep schedule as ‘drama’. Rubina will hit back by saying he knows the mental and physical issues she goes through due to lack of sleep. Rubina walks away but Abhinav goes to her inside the house, asks her to come back outside and let him finish talking, before storming out again. Rubina goes back and sits down while Abhinav explains his point. In the rest of the episode, the night and the following morning, Rubina looked like she would break down any time.

The morning of the housemates began with a big argument between Nikki and Rakhi. While Nikki asked Rakhi to shift her personal belongings from the bedroom area to the luggage area, Rakhi questioned Nikki about her personal items which were kept outside the luggage area. This led to a whole discussion about cleaning out the particular area to make space for everyone. Sonali and Eijaz took it upon themselves to organize the luggage area and the housemates spent most of the day cleaning out the space. There were also tiny arguments here and there. But the biggest was between Arshi and Eijaz. Arshi kept stating that Eijaz is scared of Rubina and that’s why he talks to her with respect while he’s rude to Arshi.

While Mondays are generally nomination days, Bigg Boss decided to give the housemates a special surprise. It was more of a shock actually. BB announced that the reason contestants are not allowed to discuss nominations is that the show is like a house and along the way many relationships are formed between the housemates. If nomination is to come between these bonds, they won’t be called relationships but will turn into compromises. Hence one of the biggest rules of the house is no planning and plotting for nominations. BB went on to announce that two days ago Aly, Jasmin, Rubina and Abhinav were caught discussing their plans for nominations in the coming weeks. So now it would be unfair to hold nominations and the four would get punished. Bigg Boss left the housemates shocked when he announced that the four have been nominated for the coming week and the rest are safe.
