While Vikas Gupta was lauded on social media for not using the joker card during eviction and saving Eijaz Khan’s proxy Devoleena Bhattacharjee, fans were quite sad to see him walk out of the Bigg Boss 14 house. However, they were ecstatic to see Rashami Desai and her mother in Vikas’ first post after his exit from the controversial reality show. The caption of the adorable clicks read: “Unconditional Love.” Well, Rashami has now revealed that these pictures were clicked a long time ago.

In a chat with ETimes, the BB13 star shared, “My mother and I did meet Vikas but not after his eviction. The pictures are from one of our old meetings that he has put out. Over and above, these pictures were not clicked at my house. And currently, I am not even in Mumbai. So, how could I have met him? But yes, we spoke on the phone no doubt.” For the uninitiated, Rashami had entered the house to meet Vikas before his eviction during family week. She had boosted his confidence and had slammed Aly Goni and Jasmin Bhasin for bullying him.

Talking about Vikas’ eviction, Rashami stated, “Frankly, I am neutral on his eviction. But you see Devoleena is on fire. I was surprised that at the Weekend Ka Vaar, the media was also chasing only Eijaz Khan for whom she has in fact gone as a proxy.” In the last Weekend Ka Vaar, host Salman Khan had given Vikas the option of using his joker card, which would save him. However, it would mean Devoleena’s eviction. Vikas decided to respect the audiences’ decision and left the show with his head held high.
