Bigg Boss 14: Rubina Dilaik Feels Giving Nikki The Ticket To Finale Was Her Way Of Celebrating Latter’s Courage

Rubina Dilaik won Bigg Boss season 14 after giving the show everything she had. She was passionate, emotional and unapologetically herself. However, there was one task where her love for the game stood out and left the audiences in awe. It was the ticket to finale task. While she knew she could not use it to reach the finale herself as she was nominated for the entire season by Bigg Boss, Rubina worked hard to win it. In the end, she gave the ticket to finale to her BFF Nikki Tamboli, making her the first finalist of Bigg Boss 14. But Rubina’s decision was not only based on her friendship with Nikki.

In a chat with Spotboye, Rubina shared, “She really worked hard in the show and it's not only I who feel that but people who have watched the entire season, will agree to it. She was the youngest contestant and she had a great understanding about the game. She made sure to be what she is, despite getting so many bashings. She was bashed left right centre. It wasn't easy for her at all. And I understand at that age when so many things are thrown on you and you don't know how to conduct yourself. You have less experience but you managed to reach till there, I salute her courage.”

The Shakti actress explained, “So, I wanted to celebrate her courage. And my way of celebrating was to bring her in the finale.” Rubina went on to add that for Nikki to do a show like Bigg Boss at her age is commendable. She saluted Nikki’s zest to be in the show and is glad she pushed the younger generation ahead. Rubina stated, “It was my absolute right and fair decision.”

The two continue to be great friends even after the show and recently caught up with each other at a get together.
