Bigg Boss 14: Srishty Rode Calls BFF Rubina ‘Strongest Contestant’; Defends Her For Saying No To Garbage Task

The gorgeous Rubina Dilaik is undoubtedly one of the most popular and adored celebrities inside the Bigg Boss 14 house. Fans are absolutely loving her and watching her fight for her rights is a delight! Well, recently the actress stood up against Bigg Boss and refused to do a task as she found it derogatory. In this task, housemates were supposed to decide who amongst Nikki Tamboli and Rubina has the most amount of garbage in their head. Rubina made it clear that she’s not a bin of garbage and politely stepped back. This did not go down well with host Salman Khan and seniors Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan.

In a recent chat with Pinkvilla, Rubina’s BFF and season 12 contestant Srishty Rode shared her opinion on Rubina’s stand. She shared, “Rubina I know she has spoken for the right and will take a stand for something like this even in real life. It is not her fault but at the same time, it is not Bigg Boss’ fault either. The show is all about these things. In my season, cow dung was thrown at us, so that’s the format of the show.” She went on to add, “When she tells that ‘Mujhe 4 saal ke bacche ke jaise samjhao’, it is because she is like that. I know it for a fact. Yes, she is intelligent and has a lot of knowledge but when someone has to explain her something, they have to do it in a different way. She is somebody who holds her values and herself very high. So, I totally understand when she says she won’t do a particular task.”

Nevertheless, Srishty feels that Rubina is the strongest contestant in the house and knows that her mind is clean. Srishty stated, “She is only standing for herself whether it is against Bigg Boss, so she is only standing for herself. That is a good thing, right? She is showing her real self.” Coming to Rubina’s clashes with season 13 winner Sidharth, Srishty feels that the two are strong personalities and are highly opinionated. So when they put their opinion forward, clashes are bound to happen.
