Bigg Boss 14 Weekend Ka Vaar Highlights: Rubina Asks To See A Psychiatrist; Arshi Khan Evicted

After bashing the contestants for their behavior in the past week, Bigg Boss 14’s host Salman Khan apologized to the audience in last night’s Weekend Ka Vaar for his outburst. He then re-entered the house via video call to greet the contestants. Salman asked Abhinav the meaning of ‘tharki’ and explained that it doesn’t mean anything more than a man with a roving eye, flirt. He then asked Abhinav if ‘tharak’ is a bad word or the words he used to describe Rakhi, such as ‘gandagi, gandi aurat’, are worse. Abhinav accepted that the latter is worse.

The superstar then asked Rubina if she thinks she is doing very well. When she said no, Salman slammed her for bringing up ex contestant Kavita Kaushik’s name up again. He went on to add that Kavita even messaged him as she does not want to be a part of the show anymore. Salman further states that blaming the makers for everything is wrong. To this the actress replied that since the past few days she has started feeling like she has lost her mind and has even accepted that she needs help. Rubina even said that she has been asking to meet a psychiatrist since the last two days. Later Abhinav asked her not to use this word and claimed that her only problem is that she is not listening.

Later Salman asked Rubina’s sister Jyotika if she agrees with everything he said to the actress and Abhinav. Jyotika stated that she agrees but if he only heard her side he would be able to understand her better. She broke down and shared that Rubina has become emotionally weak as nobody in the BB house loves her or treats her well. She revealed that even when Rubina entered, she had a little friction with husband Abhinav. Salman then asks Jasmin her opinion about Rubina’s water throwing incident and reaction to Rakhi pulling the drawstring of Abhinav’s shorts. To this the ex contestant replied that the couple is smart not dumb and should have drawn the line with Rakhi earlier. Jasmin went on to question why Abhinav didn’t draw the line when Rakhi asked him to drape her saree. She further claimed that they were enjoying the immunity and support they got from Rakhi and were playing along, but now they have conveniently changed the plot.

Salman went back to talk to the housemates and told them that he has a few audience questions for them. He asked Rubina that fans feel she tends to get aggressive and want to know if she’s like this in reality. Rubina replied that 7-8 years ago this was exactly how she was-- aggressive. Her relations with her parents were not great, she had temper issues and even dealt with suicidal tendencies. Opinionated, aggressive and not wanting to listen were reasons why her past relationship also didn’t work. Rubina revealed that she tried to deal with it through yoga and meditation and felt that she has improved but maybe that’s not the case. Salman told her that life is beautiful and she should enjoy it.

By the end of the episode, Salman announced that Arshi Khan has been evicted from the controversial reality show after receiving the least number of votes. While Aly Goni burst into tears, Rakhi Sawant showered Arshi with kisses. Post Arshi’s teary farewell, Abhinav tried to explain to Rubina that he wants to hammer patience in her. When she interrupted him, Abhinav hit back by saying that this was the biggest issue with Jasmin that she stopped listening. Rubina got irritated and asked why he always brings up Jasmin’s topic.

Well, tonight the family members of the contestants will be entering the house to support them during family week. Too much fun!
