Bigg Boss 14 Weekend Ka Vaar: Kavita Loses Her Cool In Front Of Salman; Shehnaaz Takes Over The House

Day 29 in the Bigg Boss 14 house was full of romance, anger and passion! Housemates were seated in the garden area of the house for last night’s Weekend Ka Vaar when host Salman Khan greeted them and began the episode with a special task. Contestants were asked to award a sash with a specific Navarasa (emotion) written on it to the housemate who spurs that emotion in them. Nikki obviously gave the Prem (love) sash to Jaan while he gave the Shanti (peace) sash to Rubina, while stating that she makes him ‘ashant’. Meanwhile Karuna (compassion) was given to Eijaz by Kavita, Haasya (laughter) was awarded to Nikki by Eijaz, Krodh (anger) went to Rahul, Veerta (courage) and Ghin (disgust) were awarded to Kavita and Pavitra received Bhay (fear) and Ashcharya (surprise).

The first guest to enter the BB house last night was popular singer Sunidhi Chauhan. While all housemates were very excited to see her, Jaan Kumar Sanu was mesmerized and revealed that he has the biggest crush on her and her voice. Well, with three established singers in the house, a mini concert of sorts was bound to happen! First came Jaan, who sang the song Kyon from Barfi with Sunidhi. Then was Rahul’s turn. He and Sunidhi left the audience in awe with a beautiful rendition of the track Be Intehaan from Race 2. Later a gift was passed around amongst housemates. It was wrapped up in many wrappers with a different label on each, such as khudgarz, chamcha, most insecure, badtameez etc. In the end it was passed to Abhinav who Nikki thought should be evicted from the house. When he opened it, the gift turned out to be a joke box! Before Sunidhi left the house, she sang Dil Deewana from Salman’s film Maine Pyar Kiya while he danced and lip synced to it.

Up next housemates got yet another fun task. They were asked to choose who amongst Eijaz Khan and Kavitra Kaushik is essential and non-essential. The non-essential contestant received a red cross on their face. While Abhinav, Jasmin, Nishant and Rubina tagged Eijaz as non-essential, Kavita received red crosses from Naina, Nikki, Jaan, Rahul, Pavitra and Shardul. Well, the FIR actress was already in a bad mood and this truly ticked her off. She went on a rant and said she does not regret saying ‘aise logo ko toh main apne ghar ke bahar bhi nahi rakhti’. She even opened up about her issues with Eijaz and stated that she has been working since 2002. In the last 18 years she has met the actor thrice and has worked with him for 5 days once during which he said he’s a fan of his show. However, it doesn’t make her his friend. Kavita further added that she has met Salman more but she can’t call him his friend. Eijaz also begins screaming as he is upset on hearing that he used her. Salman tried to intervene but things got out of hand. Kavita even called Eijaz crazy and said how can I be friends with such a man. In the end an angry Salman slammed Kavita for revealing something on national TV which was told to her in confidence by Eijaz. He then asked them to continue fighting and ended the video call.

After so much of tension, Shehnaaz Gill entered the house and brought a lot of positivity and joy with her. She called Eijaz and Pavitra her favorites and even stated that she would have taken ‘dushmani’ with Nishant if she was a part of the show this season. Salman then asks Shehnaaz to take over the house for a short while and she is delighted! Punjab’s Katrina Kaif then plays a ‘Prem Ka Game’ with Pavitra-Eijaz and Rahul-Nikki-Jaan. They answer fun questions about each other and in the end Shehnaaz chooses a winner. She tries not to be partial but ends up picking her favorite couple-- Pavitra and Eijaz. Shehnaaz thinks that Eijaz has feelings for Pavitra but he doesn’t do anything about it, so she sends them on a romantic date so they can spend quality time together.

Later at night Bigg Boss calls Eijaz and Pavitra to the BB Theatre. Eijaz lovingly carries Pavitra in his arms and when they reach the destination they realize that it’s a desi date, with a rickshaw, tea and samosas! Eijaz reveals that he felt bad when Pavitra gave him 5/10 while rating the boys in the house and asks if she really does have feelings for him. Pavitra accepts that she is attached to him. Eijaz explains that the reason he is stopping himself from having expectations is that they are both hot headed and will fight in future. But he feels ‘apna apna’ around her. They hug and then dance together, making it an aww moment! Meanwhile outside in the Red Zone Rubina, Kavita, Nishant and Jasmin talk about them. Jasmin says that Eijaz used to hate Nikki whereas Rubina reveals that she saw hatred in Pavitra’s eyes for Eijaz. Kavita, on the other hand, is upset with Bigg Boss for showing her bad side on air. Well, buckle up because tonight’s episode will bring a double eviction along with it!
