Bigg Boss 14’s Rubina Dilaik On Husband Abhinav Shukla: ‘We Have This Love, Understanding Which Is Much Above Any Game’

After months of waiting, fans were finally introduced to the celebrity contestants of Bigg Boss 14 last night at the grand premiere. Much to our delight, Shakti — Astitva Ke Ehsaas Ki actress Rubina Dilaik and her actor husband Abhinav Shukla are also a part of the show this year. The much in love couple tied the knot in 2018 in a fairytale wedding and spent most of the lockdown in the hills in Shimla. They were welcomed to the stage by host and superstar Salman Khan and looked made for each other, twinning in blue, as they walked hand in hand.

Well, in a chat with Pinkvilla before entering the house, Rubina was asked how she will keep the husband and wife equation in control in the reality show. To this the actress replied that she did not have any strategies and had not discussed the same before the show. However, she added, “If the hypothetical situation like you mentioned arises, we know that OUR relationship is the foundation of our marriage and it is intact and that is one thing which we don't reveal it to the world, it is not vulnerable to the world. It is deep-rooted within us. Whatever you do to the tree, it won't uproot a tree. And that is exactly the foundation of our relationship.”

She explained, “We have this love and understanding which is much above any game, any controversy, any house. It has taken us good 6 years to make this and we are still working on it. That equation that we have as a couple is unspoken, which does not need to be discussed on national TV or questioned. That is our strength. I am sure arguments and disagreements but we give each other space and not judge each other.”
