Bigg Boss 15: Sahil Shroff becomes first evicted contestant of the season; Says ‘It wasn’t for me’

In the first week of Bigg Boss 15, all the junglewaasis got nominated after Pratik Sehajpal lost his cool and broke the property of the house. Fans expected host and superstar Salman Khan to pull the contestants’ leg and later announce that there will be no evictions in the first week, like most other seasons. However, that’s not what happened on last night’s Weekend Ka Vaar. Without creating too much suspense, Salman revealed that model and actor Sahil Shroff had received the least number of votes from audience and hence became the first evicted contestant of BB 15. Housemates were sad with his eviction and a few also shed tears. However, as he bid them adieu, Sahil told them that he is happy as he feels the show is not for him.

Talking to ETimes post his exit, Sahil shared, “I was just starting to make my place in the house and make my way through the chaos. I was taking my time there and everyone noticed that. I had just started engaging more with other contestants when I was eliminated. Before I entered the BB house, people had told me that I should take my time to open up. But other contestants didn’t do that, which I suppose was a disadvantage for me. I am okay with my eviction; I went there just for the experience. I was anyway missing my daily life.”

He went on to add that not watching the previous seasons was not a problem, but the fact that most contestants were TV faces maybe turned out to be a disadvantage for him. Sahil further stated, “Bigg Boss is only for some people; it wasn’t for me!”
