Disha Vakani All Set To Return As Dayaben In Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma, Confirms Producer!

It has been years that the audiences have been missing Disha Vakani in Tarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashma. In fact, for months, there had been speculations whether the actress will return as Dayaben in the show or not. There had even been reports that she has been replace. However, nothing of that sort had happened.

And now we get to hear that Disha is all set to return as Dayaben and this time the news has been confirmed by none other than the show’s producer, Asit Modi himself! According to a report by TOI, the producer said,

“We are positive that Disha will make a comeback on the show as Daya. It might take a month’s time. Time and again, we have been asking her to be back on the show. However, she wasn’t ready and told us, ‘Meri beti abhi chhoti hai, how can I leave her alone?” But now, she seems to have made up her mind to make a comeback”.

Adding to that, he said that they have been pushing the show without her for two years, but now she can finally be included.

 “Disha and the production house never had any negative conversations in the past. We were always insisting on having her back on the show. We have tried to push the story for two years without Dayaben, but we definitely want her back on the show."

While Disha has not said anything yet, this is definitely a ray of hope for all her fans!
