Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 4 To Go Off Air After Lockdown In Order To Make Way For Season 5?

One of the most loved and watched series on television, Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin has a huge fan following. May it be season 1 featuring Mouni Roy, Arjun Bijlani, Adaa Khan, season 2 starring Mouni, Adaa and Karanvir Bohra or season 3 featuring Surbhi Jyoti, Anita Hassanandani and Pearl V Puri, the show not only earned skyrocketing TRPs but also left the audience wanting more. Sadly, the latest season titled Naagin 4 did not have a similar effect on fans.

Naagin 4 originally featured Jasmin Bhasin, Nia Sharma, Vijayendra Kumeria and Sayantani Ghosh. However the audience was left heartbroken when Jasmin made a sudden exit from the show. Much to our delight, her character Nayantara returned as Shalaka, which was played by Bigg Boss 13 contestant Rashami Desai. Now a latest report in Tellychakkar has reported that the show might come to an end once the lockdown is lifted and the team has already began working on season 5, which will star a whole new cast.

Sometime back it was also reported that Rashami will not be a part of the show when it returns to TV post the lockdown because the makers wanted to bring the budget down. So far, no official statement about the show or Rashami’s character Shalaka has been shared by the channel or producers.
