Hina Khan Opens Up About Launching Ekta Kapoor’s Naagin 5; Reacts To The Tag Of ‘Hottest Naagin’

One of the most popular celebrities of television, Hina Khan is an absolute delight to watch on-screen. May it be Akshara of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai or Komolika Chaubey from Kasautii Zindagii Kay, each and every character that she has portrayed so far has received great response from the audience. Well she won hearts once again when she launched the 5^th season of Ekta Kapoor’s supernatural thriller series Naagin as Adi Naagin Nageshvari. However, Hina was a part of the show only for a few episodes and her character has now reincarnated into Bani, played by Surbhi Chandna.

Talking to Pinkvilla about her decision to launch the show, Hina shared, “I didn't want to do television for a while but Ekta was keen and I wasn't allowed to disclose the news about where and how I came into the picture for Naagin 5.  The whole thrill and suspense of the show were planned around me launching it and being a part of it for only a couple of episodes.  Honestly, I feel it's a huge honor and a privilege to launch a show.  I am extremely grateful to Ekta for having entrusted me with such a huge responsibility and am grateful to her from the bottom of my heart.”

The actress also reacted to the tag of the ‘hottest naagin’ that she received thanks to her glamorous look in the show. While the actress doesn’t care much for such tags, she is grateful for all the appreciation and love that her fans have been showering because it’s their love that keeps her going. Hina further thanked her fans for their support because of which she is not only experimenting with various genres but is also getting the opportunity to launch a season of ‘India's most popular TV cult series’.

While the audience will miss Hina and her co-stars Dheeraj Dhoopar and Mohit Malhotra, netizens are super stoked to see Surbhi Chandna as the new naagin.
