India’s Best Dancer: Ajay Singh Aka Tiger Pop Takes Home The Trophy Of Season 1 Along With A Cash Prize And Car

When a person is talented and hard-working, nobody in this entire world can come in his/her way to victory. Well dancer Ajay Singh, fondly referred to as Tiger Pop, proved the same when he took home the trophy of dance reality show India’s Best Dancer. Along with the trophy and title of season 1, Tiger Pop received a cash prize of Rs 15 lakh and a Maruti car. His choreographer Vartika Jha, who stood by him till the very last minute, also won a cash prize of Rs 5 lakh. Judges Geeta Kapur, Terence Lewis and Malaika Arora were extremely proud of the dancer who won hearts with his unique dance moves.

In a report shared by Indian Express, Tiger Pop was quoted saying, “I am beyond happy to have won the coveted title of India’s Best Dancer. I cannot believe that my childhood dream of being on a platform like India’s Best Dancer and winning it, has come true today. The whole journey of being on India’s Best Dancer, right from my very first audition, to my first battle, to being paired with a choreographer like Vartika Jha, to performing and learning something new week on week has been surreal. Standing here on this stage made me realize that adulation cannot be taken for granted. You have to work hard to earn it.”

Malaika Arora is also very happy that Tiger Pop became the winner of the first season. She stated, “Tiger is brilliant at what he does, and I think the audience has given their verdict on the same. They love him, and he truly deserves the success he has achieved today.”
