Kasautii Zindagii Kay’s Parth Samthaan Called Out For Allegedly Breaking Quarantine Rules; Reveals He Had A Panic Attack

Kasautii Zindagii Kay actor Parth Samthaan, who portrays the character of Anurag Basu, tested positive for novel coronavirus earlier this month. Shooting of the show came to an abrupt halt and his co-stars were asked to get tested for the virus too. Thankfully, the actor took all precautions and recovered. He took to his social media handle recently to reveal that he tested negative in his latest COVID-19 test and thanked fans for keeping him in their prayers.

Well two days ago, Parth was called out on Twitter by a few netizens for breaking quarantine rules. While one user asked BMC to take action against him, another stated that the actor’s house has been sealed but he still went out and broke all rules. Now in an incredibly polite tweet, Parth replied that he completed home quarantine for 17 days and revealed that he had a panic attack last night. He shared, “Dear @Suhaasi ,yes I have tested negative and I was home quarantined for 17 days which technically is more than 14 .. and last night I had a panic attack so were you willing to take me to the doc??”

The actor also stated that he is now travelling to Pune to be with his family. While the shooting of Kasautii Zindagii Kay has resumed after his co-stars got tested for COVID-19, Parth will reportedly need some more time to rest before he joins his team. Meanwhile, buzz suggests that makers will show a track in which Anurag Basu is out of town for work.
