Khatron Ke Khiladi 11: Nikki Tamboli becomes first contestant to be eliminated; deets inside

In the first week of May this year, 13 celebrity contestants flew down to Cape Town, South Africa to begin shooting for the 11^th and much awaited season of Khatron Ke Khiladi. Almost a week later, it was reported that actor Vishal Aditya Singh has been eliminated after ending up in the bottom three with Nikki Tamboli and Anushka Sen post the first stunt. Well, the second episode of the stunt reality show aired on television last night and we now know that Vishal was not the first eliminated contestant of the season.

Bigg Boss 14 fame Nikki was asked to leave the show after she aborted three stunts. In the first task, Nikki had to shift a porcupine and a baby crocodile from one place to another, which she aborted. On day 2, she and Anushka were given the task of guessing which animals were put on their body while they had blindfolds on their eyes. Anushka successfully did it and got rid of the ‘fear phanda’, but Nikki gave up and ended up in the elimination task with Vishal.

The elimination task was a water stunt and both Nikki and Vishal are hydrophobic. However, Vishal completed the task whereas Nikki aborted it. As a result, host and filmmaker Rohit Shetty left her fate in the hands of her competitors. Most of the contestants decided that Nikki should not continue her journey in the show as she had aborted almost all tasks. Hence, Nikki became the first contestant to be eliminated from the stunt reality show.
