Krushna Abhishek Opens Up About Rivalry Rumors With Kapil Sharma; Says ‘What Kapil Can Do, No One Else Can’

The Kapil Sharma Show is one of the most loved comedy shows on Indian television. The major reasons behind this are the impeccable performances and the incredibly talented cast. The show went off air in February this year soon after Kapil welcomed his second child and it was reported that TKSS will now take the digital route. However, Kapil’s co-star Krushna Abhishek recently confirmed that the show will be returning to the television with a new season and new additions.

Kapil and Krushna share a great bond and their on-screen chemistry is wonderful. However, there was a time when rivalry rumors did the rounds. Talking about the same in a chat with ETimes, Krushna shared, “Kapil and my bond has grown stronger. We were once touted as rivals by the media. But whenever you ask Kapil about me he will only say good things. He will say Krushna is a wonderful person. And we have known each other for so long. It’s just that there was a gap in between and we were not working with each other and then the stories about rivalry started coming out. Kapil and my bond has only grown with time. He has always supported me.”

Krushna went on to add that Kapil has a very good heart and also lauded him for pulling off shooting post lockdown without the live audience. He shared, “Kapil is par excellence and I am saying all this because I see him live every time we shoot. What Kapil can do, no one else can and that’s why he is Kapil Sharma. The energy and positivity he brings to the set is unmatchable.”
