Nach Baliye 9: Anita Hassanandani And Rohit Reddy Will Not Be A Part Of This Week’s Episode, Here’s Why

Indian TV’s one of the favorite celebrity dance reality show, Nach Baliye, is back for its ninth season but ride seems a little bumpy. First it was Shantanu Maheshwari’s partner who tore a ligament during the rehearsals and could not perform and now it is one of the favorite jodis, Anita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy, who would not be able to perform in the second episode.

Reports state that Rohit has come down with a bad case of Hepatitis A and has been ordered complete bed rest. The second episode was already filmed yesterday and Rohit and Anita were missing in attendance. Talking about the matter, a source from the set of the show said, “Yes, Rohit and Anita were missing in action yesterday as Rohit is not well. You will see them perform in this week’s episode but next week, they might not be seen as the couple couldn’t shoot for it.”

In fact, Nach Baliye, this year seems wrought by injuries and ill-health. Another contestant, Shraddha Arya of Kundali Bhagya fame had also suffered back injuries while shooting for another show and was struggling to rehearse for Nach Baliye. However, the actress has now ensured that her back is responding well to physiotherapy and she is doing much better now.
