Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2: Sneha Jain And Harsh Nagar To Be The Lead Stars Of Devoleena aka Gopi Bahu’s Show?

After a rap song made with a dialogue from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya went viral on social media, Kokilaben aka Rupal Patel’s ‘Rasode me kaun tha’ became as big a mystery as ‘Kattappa ne Baahubali ko kyu mara’. Well looking at the popularity of characters like Kokilaben, Gopi Bahu and Rashiben and the dialogues, makers soon announced season 2 of the show. In fact, a very interesting promo was also released, featuring Devoleena Bhattacharjee aka Gopi Bahu.

In this promo, Devoleena talks about a new character named Gehna. This left fans wondering who Gehna is and what her role will be in the family. It was also revealed that Saath Nibhaana Saathiya 2’s producer Rashmi Sharma wanted to cast a fresh face in the show. Well according to the latest report shared by Spotboye, Sneha Jain has been finalized to play the role of Gehna in season 2, while Kartik Purnima star Harsh Nagar will portray the male lead opposite her.

Buzz also suggested that Devoleena’s Bigg Boss 13 housemate and actor Sidharth Shukla was reportedly approached to play the lead role opposite Devo. While this piece of news pleasantly surprised fans, because the two looked great together during their ‘flirty moments’ on BB13, no official confirmation was shared by the makers.
