Sasural Simar Ka 2: Will Dipika Kakar aka Simar’s track come to an end soon?

Back in March this year, Dipika Kakar announced that she is reprising her character of Simar for the second season of her popular show Sasural Simar Ka with a special teaser. She left fans super excited and in an interview revealed that the new Simar will be stronger with new shades to her character. Dipika had also shared that the show will have new characters and chapters. This time, the story is focusing on ‘Chhoti Simar’, portrayed by Radhika Muthukumar.

In the last few episodes we saw that Chhoti Simar is asked to take the bride’s place by Dipika as her sister has ran away from her own wedding to pursue her dreams. As a result, Chhoti Simar ties the knot with Avinash Mukherjee aka Aarav Oswal. Well, according to latest buzz, Dipika’s journey in season 2 will come to an end soon and Radhika- Aarav’s track will take the story ahead. However, no official announcement has been made by the team yet. This is going to break many hearts because when we think of ‘Simar’, Dipika is the one who comes to our mind.

Before season 2 came her way, Dipika was planning on taking a break from work. She had even turned down a few shows that came her way in the last 6 months. However, she could not say no to Sasural Simar Ka. In an earlier interview, the actress had revealed that people in her sasural still address her as Simar, because initially they connected with her because of the show.
