Shehnaaz Gill Defends Sidharth Shukla's Flirting In Bigg Boss 14: Can’t Help It If Girls Are Fawning Over Him

Bigg Boss 14 began with a bang! Viewers were ecstatic to have Salman Khan back on their television screens and were glad to finally be introduced to 11 promising contestants. However, the highlight for most fans was that season 13 winner Sidharth Shukla entered the reality show as a senior with Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan. Well, right after the grand premiere aired fans were eager to know if Sid will be joined by his BFF Shehnaaz Gill, who won our hearts in season 13. Sadly, that never happened.

However, Shehnaaz has been keeping an eye on season 14 and is enjoying watching Sidharth as a senior. Talking to ETimes about the same, she shared, “He is playing really well. Achha lag raha hai aur uski comedy achhi lag rahi hai. He is flirting with girls, but in a healthy way. A lot of people are judging his conduct outside the house, but I know him well and can vouch that his intention is pure. He can’t help it if the girls are fawning over him (smiles). At the end of the day, he has to talk to someone inside the house.” Interestingly, earlier buzz suggested that Shehnaaz unfollowed Sidharth on social media for a while for flirting with Nikki Tamboli. Guess those were just rumors!

When asked if she finds any contestants ‘fake’ so far, Punjab’s Katrina Kaif replied, “I am saying, fake dikhao but kuchh toh dikhaao. Kuchh dikh hi nahi raha. I am watching the show because of Sidharth Shukla. I won’t watch it after he exits. Jitni der woh ghar mein hai, dekhungi, baad mein nahi dekhungi.” Well, contestants better pull up their socks if they want viewers to stay hooked to this season! What do you think?
