Sidharth Shukla is one of the most popular and adored celebrities of the television industry today. While he made his debut back in 2008, it was actually a few years later that he rose to prominence with Balika Vadhu. He portrayed the role of Shivraj Shekhar aka Shiv in the popular show and won many hearts with his charming smile and fresh on-screen presence. Not only did his character garner a huge fan following, but even the show’s ratings went through the roof with Shivraj’s entry. The beloved character clocked in 8 years on 14^th February.

Celebrating the milestone with his followers, Sidharth took to his social media handle to post a special video. He shared a compilation of his most-loved scenes from Balika Vadhu, starting right from his heroic entry. The video also features his co-star and late actress Pratyusha Banerjee who played the role of Anandi and the post has left their fans feeling emotional. Along with the clip, Sidharth penned a sweet caption which read: “Thanks to you guys I realised that today was the birth of the character Shiv Raj Shekhar on screen.”

After appearing on the reality show as a guest thrice, Sidharth finally participated in Salman Khan’s Bigg Boss this year. He impressed the viewers with his strong personality and bagged the trophy and title of season 13. We are eagerly waiting for the star to announce his next project!
