Surbhi Chandana Confirmed As The Lead Of Sanjivani Remake

If you grew up in the early 2000s, there is no way you don’t remember Sanjivani: A Medical Boon. The show starring Gurdeep Kohli, Mihir Mishra, Sanjit Bedi and Roopali Ganguly focused on the lives of four young doctors as they navigated through their demanding profession and personal lives. In fact, Dill Mill Gayye that made Dr. Armaan the national heartthrob was also modeled after this show.

Now after the super success of Kasautii Zindagii Kay, the makers are all set to bring back this favorite show of 2000s back. As if that was not exciting enough, Surbhi Chandana of Ishqbaaz fame has been confirmed to play one of the leads in the show. Sidharth P Malhotra who was the maker of Sanjivani and Dill Mill Gayye took to Instagram to share the news and also shared a photo with the cast.

Apart from Surbhi Chandana, Rohit Roy, Namit Khanna, and Sayantani Ghosh will also be a part of the show. Gurdeep Kohli and Mohnish Behl are two of the actors from the original show who has been roped in for the reboot as well.

With such an exciting cast the tons of nostalgia of the original Sanjivani, there is no reason why this show can’t mimic the success of Kasautii Zindagii Kay reboot. We wish the cast and crew of the show all the luck.
