Yeh Hai Mohabbatein Finds A New Raman Bhalla, This Actor To Replace Karan Patel

For the last six years, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein has been one of the most loved serials on Indian television. While both of them were already popular television actors, but the careers Divyanka Tripathi and Karan Patel touched new heights when the started playing Ishita and Raman in the serial.

After six glorious years, Karan Patel has finally quit the show to participate in Khatron Ke Khiladi and the showrunners have finally managed to find his replacement.  Actor Chaitanya Choudhary would be stepping into his shoes and play the character of Raman Bhalla. Talking about the same Chaitanya said, “I started my career with Balaji Telefilms. Recently I did Dil Hi Toh Hai with them. So when they called me for this, they shared with me the idea on how they want to take this role forward. I got on board and yes, I will be starting shoot soon.”

Chaitanya also talked about his friendship with Karan Patel. He said, “We are friends and we know each other. I know him much before we started TV. He is a great actor and has done a fantastic job as Raman Bhalla in Yeh Hai Mohabbatein. It is very difficult to take his place to be very honest. Now that I have got in, I will give it my best shot.”
