Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’s Spin-Off Canceled, There Will Be No Yeh Hai Chahaatein

Sorry Yeh Hai Mohabbatein fans, we have bad news for you! Looks like the spin-off of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein which was being named Yeh Hai Chahaatein, will not see the light of the day as the project has been scraped off.

It was being reported that Akansha Singh and Karan Vohra were being cast as the leads and even auditions were going on to finalize the rest of the cast. However, the project then got delayed and was put on the back burner but recently a source confirmed that it has been scraped off altogether. The source revealed, “Contrary to reports, the show has not been put on the backburner. It has been altogether canceled by the network and the production house.” The reason for the development has not been clarified yet, but it mostly looks like that the network was not very confident about it.

Coming to Yeh Hai Mohabbatein, the show has been one of the most popular TV shows for the last almost six years, but recently there has been a constant buzz about it finally coming to an end. Even Karan Patel, who has played the lead role of Raman Bhalla for the last six years had said, “We too have been hearing these rumors on and off about the show shutting down. But we haven't been informed about any such development yet and don't know when it will go off-air.”
