Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is undoubtedly one of the most loved and watched shows on television. While production of upcoming episodes came to a halt due to the nationwide coronavirus lockdown, fans are now eagerly waiting for shoot to resume. Well, yesterday a shocking rumor left viewers heartbroken. It was reported that Shivangi Joshi, who plays Naira's role, will be leaving the show soon. It was also being said that this is a decision made by the creative team and Shivangi will be replaced by someone else.

In a recent chat with Spotboye, Shivangi was asked about the same and much to our delight the actress clarified that she’s not making an exit from Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai. She stated, “This is to clear the air that I am not going anywhere, I had a wonderful journey portraying Naira in these 4 years and it will continue to be so. In fact, there is a very special treat for all Yeh Rishta fans and we will be coming to surprise you all.” Shivangi and her co-star Mohsin’s latest picture from the set has also surfaced on social media.

Well, we are sure fans will take a sigh of relief after hearing this. Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan’s on-screen chemistry and beautiful portrayal of Naira-Kartik are considered to be the biggest highlights of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, other than its gripping story-line.
