5 TV Shows That Are Going Off Air In The Beginning of 2019!

2019 will hopefully be a year that will give us shows based on new concepts and hopefully, we will have more interesting and fun shows. Last year had seen a surge in new Tv shows and supernatural shows were in demand. We are not sure what kind of shows might do better this year, but drama and comedy seem to be the audience's favourite.

Well, while we are waiting for 2019 to give us pleasant surprises, it does have some bad news at the very beginning. As many as 5 shows will go off air this year within the first two months of the year itself! Some of them had been able to win the hearts of the audiences while some could not just woo the audiences. 

Here is the list of 5 shows that will be going off air this year:

1. Naagin 3

The third installment of the popular Naagin series is going off air. The Anita Hassanandani, Surbhi Jyoti and Pearl V. Puri serial had been topping the TRP list for a long time but is now seeing a dip from the beginning of 2019. The last episode of the serial will be shot in 12th February and it will go off air in February end.

2. Daastan-E-Mohabbat

The Shaheer Sheikh and Sonarika Bhadoria starrer, that is based on the timeless love story of Saleem and Anarkali, is one of the most expensive shows made. The serial failed to get good TRPs and was shifted to a late night slot. The serial will now be going off air and the makers are thinking of revamping it for an OTT release.

3. Kanpur Wale Khurranas

The Sunil Grover starrer will be going off air by the end of January. The comedy show will not be going off air because of lack of TRP, but because Sunil Grover has no time to shoot for it. Sunil Grover has also said that even before he agreed to do the show, he had told the makers that he would begin shooting for Bharat and that he would not be available after January!

4. Mariam Khan: Reporting Live

It was rumoured that this Star Plus show would go off air for a long time. But finally, now the makers have announced and confirmed the news. The Sheena Bajaj show will be going off air in January!

5. Tantra

This show had been aired on Colors barely two months back. The show, that has Juhi Parmar, has failed to woo the audiences and now be going off air within two months!
