Abhijeet Bhattacharya reveals the 'similarity between me, RD Burman, and Kishore Kumar' while criticising Indian Idol judges

Abhijeet Bhattacharya has been a guest in Indian Idol 12. He appeared recently in the singing reality show and looks like, he has not been too happy about being a part of it! In a recent interview after his appearance, he has not just citicised the judges who don't 'serve music' but also revealed 'similarity between me, RD Burman, and Kishore Kumar'.

Talking to Bollywood Spy, Abhijeet Bhattacharya revealed that he was the one who approached the creative director of the show to be a part of it. He then added, "I told them, I am not asking for work, I am asking for what is rightfully mine. People work under me. I am the employer. They call people who've sung four songs in their life. You make those people judges who haven't served music. They are only commercial. They've given hit songs, but they haven't given music anything."

He further continued and said, "If RD Burman were alive today, they wouldn't have called him. They don't give me awards. That's the similarity between me, RD Burman, and Kishore Kumar -- no one recognises us three greats... These fools expose themselves by ignoring me."

Well, we are not sure if it was a good idea on Abhijeet Bhattacharya's part to compare himself to legends like RD Burman and Kishore Kumar! What do you think?
