Ankita Lokhande Celebrates '12 Glorious Years' Of Pavitra Rishta, Ekta Kapoor Says The Show Resurrected Her Career

Sushant Singh Rajput and Ankita Lokhande starrer popular daily soap has completed 12 years since it aired on television. The show made the two actors household names as Manav and Archana while also marking the onset of their on-screen relationship. A key milestone in the careers, Pavitra Rishta had a long run on television on hitting the 12-year mark, Ankita got nostalgic and shared a special post.

In a long note, Ankita wrote, “12 Years!! Ohh, Yes Yes It’s 12 Years Of Pavitra Rishta, Time Flies Really Quickly. With more than 66 Awards #Pavitrarishta remains to be one of the most loved shows on Indian Television. Here’s to 12 glorious years of this iconic show. Which not only gave me Archana but love all across the globe and made me who I’m today.”

Not just Ankita, Ekta Kapoor, the producer of Pavitra Rishta also celebrated the success of the show and said that it resurrected her career. “Pain love n angst makes this show the purest bond ever! #pavitrarishta u resurrected my career gave me life long bonds! Thankuuuuuu,” she wrote reposting Ankita’s video.

The video montage made several fans dearly miss Sushant who died last year. The late actor made his debut in Bollywood after Pavitra Rishta and quit daily soaps.
