Anupamaa Actress Rupali Ganguly Tests Negative For COVID-19, Might Get Back On Sets From Next Week

The track in the TV show Anupamaa has been going quite well and audiences are loving the Anupamaa-Vanraj story being shown on the show. However, off the screen, the show has been struck by COVID-19. Members have been testing positive for it one after the other and two weeks back, lead actress Rupali Ganguly tested positive, followed by producer Rajan Shahi himself. But looks like the bad times are over.

Rupali Ganguly has recovered from the virus already. The actress has tested negative for COVID-19. According to a source quoted by ETimes, "Rupali is really happy about this latest development. She was eagerly waiting for the test results which came in the evening today (Friday, 9th April). Rupali is now keen to get back to her family and resume work soon. She will start shooting for the show next week. In all probability, Sudhanshu Pandey, the male lead too will join in a few days, along with actor Ashish Mehrotra, who too had tested COVID positive sometime back. Paras Kalnawat, whose dad passed away a few days back, is also back on the sets. We are keeping our fingers crossed... hopefully there will now not be too many changes required in the script."

Rupali had planned a grand birthday celebration this year. However, her plans went for a toss as she tested positive just a few days before her birthday. Now, we hope that she will be overjoyed to get back to her family and on the sets of the show as well.
