Aye Mere Humsafar To Go Off Air, Confirms Lead Actor Namish Taneja

Aye Mere Humsafar had been one of those TV shows that the audiences loved to watch. It had been getting a pretty fair rating on the TRP charts. So, when rumours of it going off air started to do the rounds. Fans were shocked. But, unfortunately, it looks like the news is true. In fact, lead actor Namish Taneja has now confirmed the same.

Talking to BT, the actor revealed that the show is indeed going to go off air. He said, “I saw the news on an online portal on February 13, that show would go off air. But the production house broke the news to all of us officially on 16th. The TRP was good, so I’m not sure why it is being shut. I wasn’t expecting the show to go off air so soon but I am okay with it. Maybe they had some other expectations or they want to try something new. Nevertheless, it is their call.”

Well, that would break the hearts of many fans. He also added that the show would be wrapped up in 4-5 days or within a week max. Namish is also contemplating taking a break after that. He added, "I will take a break of at least a month and travel somewhere to relax. For the last 7-8 months, I have been working really hard for this show. Next, I have a few other commitments too to fulfill so will finish them and then come back again with more energy. Then let’s see what I get a chance to do I am open for daily soaps and movies.”
