Bigg Boss 13: Did Sidharth Shukla Get A Fee Hike After Show’s Extension?

Many viewers are of the opinion that this season of Bigg Boss should be renamed as the Sidharth Shukla Show. The focus of the season seems to be on the Balika Vadhu actor. In fact, the show has brought half of the ladies with whom his name had been linked. After weeks at Bigg Boss, the focus has been more on Shukla himself. He is always in the headlines- be it for his friendship with Shehnaaz Gill, his ever-changing relation with Asim, his fights with Rashami Desai or his romance with the ladies in the house. But thanks to the overwhelming response that he has been getting on the show, it looks like he will be the first ever contestant to get a fee hike in the history of Bigg Boss.

Bigg Boss 13 has been the most successful Bigg Boss ever and thanks to the TRP that it is getting, the show has been extended for 5 more weeks, till February 15/16. And since Sidharth has been getting much appreciation, his fees per week have been increased. But whether he will now be the highest paid contestant and topple Rashami Desai is yet unknown.

Apparently, this has happened because he was not happy with the extension.He had a contract to be associated with the show till January 12 and he talked to the makers about the same. He was apparently being paid 9 lakh every week till now!
