Bigg Boss 14 Grand Premiere Highlights: Salman Khan Introduces 11 Contestants, 'Toofani Seniors' Select Who Goes In

Bigg Boss 14 is off to an entertaining start and with some interesting twists and turns and even more interesting contestants we feel the show is truly showing the potential of turning around 2020 so far. Salman Khan who returned as the show felt right at home as he introduced 11 new contestants and we must add that we can already imagine that these folks getting the house together will cause a big blast time and again.

Eijaz Khan, Nikki Tamboli, Nishant Malkani, Shehzad Deol, Rubina Dilaik, Abhinav Shukla, Rahul Vaidya, Sara Gurpal, Jaan Kumar Shanu, Pavitra Punia and Jamin Bhasin are in the running for the Bigg Boss 14 trophy but not all of them are in the house yet!

‘Toofani Seniors’ Sidharth Shukla, Hina Khan and Gauahar Khan to set the rules of the game –

The three Bigg Boss alumni joined Salman Khan on stage soon after the episode opened and after reminiscing their days on the controversial reality show, they earned the tag of ‘Toofani Seniors’ from the star host. For the first two weeks in the house these three have the power to set rules and the contestants will have to run around and please them even if the so much so want a good night’s sleep.

Sidharth Shukla will rule the bedroom while Gauahar Khan sets the rules for the kitchen. Hina Khan on the other hand, will be in possession of all the personal belongings of the contestants.

To Be Confirmed (TBC) – That’s the status of all contestants for 14 days

 The ‘toofani seniors’ will be hard to please but not without reason, the three will be living in the house with the contestants giving them challenges. What’s more is that they get to decide who stays and who walks in these 14 days as the status of contestants remains TBC and well they have the power to confirm their stay in the house.

Rubina, Jaan Kumar, Nishant, Sara Rejected –

The ‘toofani seniors’ already began but showing how powerful they are as they sat in a secret room and decided who even gets to see the insides of the Bigg Boss 14 house at the grand premiere night. While Nikki Tamboli, Eijaz Khan, Abhinav Shukla, Shehzad Deol, Jasmin Bhasin, Rahul Vaidya, Pavitra Punia went in, Sara Gurpal, Nishant Malkani, Rubina Dilaik and Jaan Kumar Sanu were stamped rejected by Salman Khan after they failed to impress the seniors sitting in a secret room.

The fate of these rejected contestants will be revealed on October 4.

Radhe Maa not a contestant -

While the name of the god woman has been in the headlines since promo hinted at her arrival in the house. It was anticipated that she will finally be participating the show after years of speculation but that’s not the case.

Radhe Maa did enter the Bigg Boss house not for anything else but to bless it. She is not a contestant this season as well but the channel did well concealing that little detail.

Rahul Vaidya already has a challenge at hand

The singer who was the last contestant to enter the show at the grand premiere did get a ticket into the show from the Bigg Boss seniors but was given a challenge to get a kiss from any female contestant without telling her about the task if he wanted to sleep in the house tonight.

Like we had said, the show is already off to an interesting start and it will be worth seeing where these 11 people go from here in this 4-month journey that is Bigg Boss 14.
