Chahatt Khanna On Ex-Husband's Accusation Of Extramarital Affair With Ribbhu Mehra: “It’s His Habit To Doubt Me.”

TV actress Chahatt Khanna might be getting back when it comes to her career, but looks like she still has major setback in her personal life. The actress filed a divorce with her ex-husband Farhan, citing sexual and mental harassment. She moved out with her two children, one of whom was just above a year. Now her ex husband and gone around and claimed that she was having an extra marital affair with TV actor Ribbhu Mehra. Chahatt decided to put a stop to all these rumours once and for all. She bared her heart and said that it was her ex husband’s habit to doubt her.

Talking to Bombay Times, the actress said, “It’s not the first time that my ex husband Farhan has put me down in media. He is just in cashing on my name. He had asked out of court settlement stating that he is broke and he cannot afford his lawyer fees anymore. About Ribbhu and me, yes we are very good friends, that’s all about it.”

She even claimned thet her ex-husband is a psychopath and has threatened to kill her if she even thinks of marrying in future. She said, “It’s his habit to doubt me with everybody. Earlier I was to be scared but this time I told him ‘Yes u are right, and admitted to whatever he asked because I wanted to end the conversation. He recorded my call n sent it to a media house. They, rather than confirming, added fuel to the fire and printed. That’s it! In fact he has also threatened me in one of his messages saying that if I ever get married in future he kill us both. He is not fulfilling any duty of a father but talks about custody. He behaves like a psycho path. My personal life is quite out in media now and I only want to be known for my work or not been known at all.”

The couple is yet to be granted a divorce by the court.
